Once you have graduated our training program, you will be guaranteed a position with us, working on some of the most challenging and cutting-edge data project for our clients.

You will receive ongoing training and development over your 2 year placement. This ongoing support is your secret weapon, as our team’s number 1 goal is to develop your skills & career to a point that no other opportunity can get you close to.

We’ve built an assessment process designed to test & challenge your ability to solve problems, consult with our clients & have the confidence to know you’re ready for our 12 week program.

Our 12-week training program, facilitated by industry experts, allows you to go from 0 knowledge and skills in data, to an extremely confident, highly skilled consultant, with the tools required to help our clients on their digital transformation journey.

After successfully completing & graduating our academy, you will be working with some of the country’s leading organisations, helping them solve complex data challenges.

Your learning & development doesn’t come to an end when you graduate our academy. Not only do we work with you and our clients to understand the skills you need to continuously add value, but our team will work with you to understand where you want your career to go.


After successful graduation, you will be employed by Vanguard Digital Consulting on a 2-year contract. Once completed, you will have everything you need to join your client on a permanent basis, or find a new opportunity.

FAQ

  • Do I need a degree and what is the process?

    The great news is you don’t need a degree or previous experience. 

    We at Vanguard Digital Consulting will have an assessment process in place that will ensure this is the right opportunity for you. 

    You then go through a 12 week training program, at the end, you’ll be equipped with the technical and consulting skills needed to become a Data Consultant with some of our most exciting customers.


  • What happens when I join Vanguard Digital Consulting following completion of the academy?

    You will join Vanguard Digital Consulting on a two year fixed term contract. 

    As a Data Consultant you will be placed with one of our industry leading clients, to help them on their digital transformation journey. 

    During these two years, you career will be fast tracked as we help you develop and evolve your technical skills, to align with your career aspirations and the needs of our clients.

  • What should I expect from the training?

    The training is delivered, in person, over 12 weeks. You will join us in the Sydney CBD office where you will learn alongside your cohort. 

    The training is delivered by an industry experienced instructor.

    What we want for you, as a learner, is to be able to build relationships and really get to know your fellow learners, so at the end of the academy you have a network of like-minded people, some of whom you will work with.
